We had a good experience at this restaurant, enjoyed the raw oysters on special and the shrimp basket. Our waitress attended to our needs replenishing our drinks as soon as they were being consumed without us asking for her to replenish. Good attention and greeting upon entering.

Checked out this place for the first time tonight and it was pretty good! Read great reviews and came on a Friday night but it was so busy that we came back today on a weekday. Servers are super friendly. They bring samples of the soup. Is a family business and ask seafood is freshly imported in from Louisiana. Desserts are made from scratch by the baker wife and you must try the peanut butter pie! So fluffy and reeses like! Delicious! We tried the shrimp Creole which was pretty good and the tacos. I suggest not getting tacos just cause it's plain Jane to pick for a restaurant that specializes in seafood. Our total meal with the shared dessert was 30 bucks! Not bad! Great atmosphere. They have a bar and it's kid friendly. :)

I am happy to report that over the past several months and with as many visits to Gulf Coast Grill, this wonderful restaurant continues to shine. By far, the best lump crab meat anywhere. The entree portion with two delectable crab cakes, a salad and choice of two sides cannot be beaten in taste or price by any other establishment. This night I tried the poblano cheese grits and hush puppies to complement the crab cakes. I recommend the same choices. Delicious.

The Grill is catching on. There was a line waiting for tables, so we sat at the "Sand Bar" to enjoy the live music while we ate. The bartenders, who we now know by name, were very attentive. The atmosphere was as laid back as you will find anywhere you call Paradise.

For quality seafood at a reasonable price in a casually fun atmoshpere, you must try Gulf Coast Grill.

I came to this grill because a musician I enjoy was entertaining there this last Friday. While, I of course would highly recommend coming for the music of Little G Weevil the first Friday of each month at the Golf Coast Grill, I know how to recommend this place for it's great food and service. The owners are hands on and all staff eagerly please you with great service and a smile. You can tell the attitude at this restaurant is very positive.
We were given a few samples of food because we told the bar tender it was our first trip. Everything tasted great!
I highly recommend this place and was pleased to see it is rated the #1 place in Suwanee to eat.
And if you want to hear some good old school Blues stop in the first Friday of each month to hear International Blues Contest 2013 Winner, Little G Weevil! You will be guaranteed a great night of Blues, cold beer, stellar service and amazing food!

We live about two miles from the Gulf Coast Grill, but hadn't been there until this evening. Not sure why it took us so long, maybe because none of our friends had said anything about it. But, we'll certainly be going back. As someone else mentioned, the interior isn't anything fancy (although we loved the mural that covers an entire wall - made us think we were sitting on a sandy beach), but the food was very, very good. We shared a blue crab & avocado dip, followed by cups of bisque, and then a blackened grouper basket. We finished the meal off with one of their outstanding desserts (our waiter informed us that all of the desserts are made on-site by the owner). Our total bill was just under $40.00, not including a tip.

We went on a Wednesday evening, and still had to wait about 15 minutes. But, we took that as a good sign - the fact that it was so busy on a weekday evening. Worth the wait? Oh yes! We'll be back.
