Our party of 3 went to Cinco on a recent Saturday night and left very disappointed.
When we arrived, there were three hostesses, yet no one greeted us. We had to ask for a table which seemed to be a problem, but then we were led to a rather large booth near the kitchen. Then the rush began. Drink orders taken, then appetizer and dinner within 5 minutes. No sooner was our appetizer "dumped" on our table they brought out our dinner - food on food, not good. My husband had the salmon which he thought was undercooked and I had the chicken enchiladas which were good. The waitress wanted us out of that booth for a larger party (we assume) so bad she didn't even ask us if we wanted a second round of margaritas. All told we were in and out in 45 minutes. The sad thing is we would have waited for a smaller booth or table so they could keep the larger booth open for a bigger party, but we were never asked. I doubt we will ever go back there again.
