“Salsa is the best :)”

We ordered 3 tacos combo (soft corn Tortilla with carne asada, rice & beans) Delicious but the salsa they serve you with the chips was amazing...great flavor & spicy!

“Authentic Mexican”
Reviewed February 20, 2012

Our family of four (Mom, Dad and kids aged 5 and 6) visited this restaurant during a recent trip to Stone Mountain. The restaurant is located just a couple of blocks from the hotel we were staying at (Country Inn and Suites - highly recommended!)
Dining atmosphere is casual with more of a "diner" feel. This restaurant is rather large, and I think they could probably handle large groups easily. There was a whole section not even used when we were there, even though I thought things were quite busy for a Thursday night.
We were given warm chips and salsa before we even sat down good... and the portion and frequency with which they refilled this FREE appetizer makes Chili's "bottomless" chips and salsa look meager by comparison. All the staff that we met were Hispanic, and the gentlemen who refilled our drinks and chips did not speak English, but our server did. The menu was extensive, and seemed reasonably priced. Our entire ticket came to about $40 for two adults and two kids including sodas and a request for an additional taco for one of my children. My husband makes a week-long trip to Mexico every year and has become very picky with restaurants, and he was impressed! If you are in the mood for Mexican cuisine, give this a try!

“Ginormous portions!”
Reviewed December 31, 2011

Very generous portions with the chips, cerial bowl of salsa (spicy good), and my 32 oz Do Equis draft.
Prices are very low, quality of food very high.
I had the mexican stew, which was excellent. It made two meals, with the leftovers.
I recommend you try this place.
