My husband and I just had another fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn in Statesboro! The hotel is just Immaculate from top to bottom. Every staff member that we met was so pleasant. All had a kind word and a smile for every guest. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare that was executed beautifully. The buffet was kept very clean, fresh looking and well stocked on a busy Sunday morning. Every time I have stayed at this property, the general manager has been on site and it shows. He seems to enjoy the guests and his employees. It feels like it would be a nice place to work and that makes it a very nice place to stay when you are in Statesboro.

The hotel is very clean and nice, breakfast is good, staff is accommodating. The beds are comfortable. The hotel does offer hearing impaired rooms, so make sure if you want one, ask for it, if you don't let them know.

The room was brand new (five months old actually) and was very nicely decorated. The A/C thermostat switch made loud clicking noises each time it started up and shut down. This made sound sleeping nearly impossible. Other than that, the room was great.

The breakfast was okay. The worst part was the scrambled eggs that were obviously powdered. They tasted horrible.

Room Tip: Check the A/C thermostat which is located directly over the bed headboard. Ours made a horrible clicking noise each time the A?C switched on or off.
