For years people mentioned a thai restaurant near our home. About 4 years ago we decided to try it out. Since our first visit, there is just nowhere else to go for Thai food. If you want Thai food that makes you feel like you're in Thailand - drive straight here. We've worked our way through most items on the menu to the point where I just ask them to surprise me with anything to eat now - because I know it will be delicious. Each time I've recommended Sai Thai to anyone, they always thank me afterwards.

We love Thai food and were pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant around the corner from us! The restaurant is quite small and does not have much of an atmosphere but if anything...go for the food! Our favourites are the panang curry (beef, chicken, prawn and pork are all delicious) and massaman curry (also beef, chicken, prawn and pork). Both are delicious and always fresh. The medium heat is perfect for us...but might be a little too hot for others! The prawn panang curry has tempura prawns on the side which are hot, crispy and juicy. Yum!The parking however in Cyrildene is a nightmare. We have often just gotten takeaways because we don't feel like dealing with the parking (we place the order over the phone, my fiance double parks while I run in and get our takeaways). They are on the expensive side (even though most portions are quite big) so we generally only go as a treat now and then. Try it our for yourself...it will be worth your while.
