The first room shower was a choice of super hot or scalding hot. The second room shower drained very slowly and since it was just a shower it almost flowed over. The toilet didn't flush very good. The elevator button was hanging inside the switch plate and the electrical outlet was hanging from the wall. The breakfast and gym was a joke. The outside locks for the doors didn't work.
I will say that they attempted to fix the issues we asked about, however we got tired of asking.

My lovely girlfriend and I decided to go to six flags for the weekend. We bought tickets, and booked a room at Days Inn. We drove from Birmingham AL to Atlanta, GA
We were running late so decided to call and make sure we could check in late, as we also wanted to go to dinner before hand. This was around 7 (I know, late eaters), and we were told this was fine.
After a great night at Dave and Busters, we arrived at the hotel for the man at the desk to tell us they had given our room to someone else and there were no more rooms in the hotel.
...
...
Excuse me? I told him we booked and paid for the room already, which he said we would need to contact expedia to get our money back. Since it was a discounted rate room, I don't know if they will give us money back. He did offer to give us the names and numbers of other hotels in the area, which...ok we didn't take it, as he wouldn't organize us a room (he said we would have to call them to organize it ourselves). After checking 12 other hotels and spending nearly an hour on the road in Atlanta, we had to drive back to Birmingham, AL.
I can't rate the hotel on any of its amenities, as we never stayed, but combining the fact we paid for the room, and the nonchalant attitude of the man at the desk the advice I will give people is DON'T GO! DON'T! GO!
I will be contacting Days Inn for a refund of the hotel room, the cost of gas to Atlanta and back, the six flags tickets, and possibly even the Dave and Busters meal (try the grilled salmon if you make your way there). I am visiting from New Zealand and that was my last weekend here for a while so I am simply angry with all of this. Simply, don't go.

Room Tip: To get the best room, choose another hotel.
