A great little place, with nice accommodation and a really good restaurant. Great burger and chips! Breakfast was also very good. I had the little single room which was light and very cosy. Would recommend this place.

Room Tip: They have a very nice little single room. Not sure how often it is used as a little dusty, but still...

We visited one night on our canal boat holiday! Nice atmosphere, prompt service, nice ish pub grub food but bruschetta not so nice! This is certainly the best out of the two in the village but nothing special!

Stayed over for long weekend & family wedding. Groom's family & ushers etc all stayed here. Staff and manager Jim could not have been more welcoming, rooms clean and comfortable, setting idyllic, food was great, full English breakfast (wonderful sausages) kept us going all day!! Couldn't recommend it more!! Would definitely return for another rest.

We were moored up at Cropredy and arranged meeting friends here on Sunday evening. Dogs not allowed in restaurant but are allowed in bar so we ate there. The food was delicious and the chips were truly to die for! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and we really enjoyed the pub quiz too. Lovely evening out can't wait to go again.

We popped in via the canal after a long days cruising and were served by a lovely lady. The steak was the best I had ever had (apparently cooked by a vegetarian ) the home cooked chips were to dream for. We all enjoyed our meals. It's nice, nice atmosphere and fair value.
