We went to a group function , dinner was a buffet. There wasn't a huge choice, but everything was tasty, and hot, and as soon as dishes were getting low, they were replaced. They handled the whole group thing very well, we ordered drinks at the bar, and when it came to paying the bill, they had it all worked out, no hassles whatsoever.

Lovely evening, lovely food, lovely hosts - however - the ceiling fans need to be attended to. This is an area that many restaurants forget about and it is not a good look. Apart from that, the evening was absolutely delightful.

We went for a light lunch on a Saturday in our research for wedding venues. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We were given photo books to look at, they answered questions and we took lots of photos. The grounds are just lovely - and that was in the middle of winter. The set up is great and for an all in one venue it looks really nice. One could make the occasion as formal or as relaxed as needed as the ambience is warm and cosy. The food we had for lunch was amazing.-scallops in bacon and a seafood medley. We would certainly come back for family celebrations or just for a meal. We love the gardens and feeling of the place overall. Great value for money by the looks of things. I have a few more questions and we are able to communicate by email too. I have been researching many places for a few months now and this one is looking promising.

The service was slow but the food was great. However my coffee arrived with a dirty spoon. Can have large groups in for lunch which could be a problem if you are in a hurry.

My friends and I have been to the Brigham several times for lunch and have never been disappointed! The staff are super friendly and the service is attentive. The hosts, Joe and Raewyn are welcoming and make you feel right at home.
Every time we have been we have been shocked at the final bill - so small! We usually order mains and dessert plus drinks/tea and coffee and have always had great value for money.
The absolute best part of the Brigham is the food though - we've taken care to order a different menu item each time and have yet to be let down. I can highly recommend the Mushroom Risotto, the Pork Belly is divine and if you ever have the chance to order the Apple Trio from the dessert menu, don't pass it up - it's amazing!
The only thing to be aware of is that the restaurant also doubles as a wedding/events venue, so sometimes there have been large parties in attendance - this isn't really a issue, but it can be a little noisy and can make the service a little slow. Apart from that, the Brigham is excellent and to be highly recommended.
