Lucille's Mountain Top Inn & Spa
Certificate of Excellence

Lucille's is a very nice retreat. Wonderful gourmet breakfast, fresh baked goodies every evening. Coffee or tea is available anytime you like. Quiet, peaceful and the views are exhilarating! We had suite #1 on the first floor, it was lovely. The proprietors don't miss a thing in an effort to make their guests comfortable. Gracie the Mini-Schnauzer is a sweetie. We will definitely visit again

Room Tip: We appreciated the 1st floor room because our aging knees can't handle stairs. Just walk in the...

I'm a frequent guest at Lucille's and always look forward to each of my visits. The Inn is always clean, comfortable and serve delicious breakfast each morning. The views are simply beautiful. The Inn keepers, Jim & Jerry, have great attention to detail and their staff is very professional and personable. The desserts each evening are nothing short of gourmet treats. I highly recommend Lucille's!

My husband and I have stayed at Lucille's many times since it opened. During the past two years, Jim and Jerry have taken the inn a classier direction by improving the landscape, upgrading furniture, training staff, paving and maintaining the driveway, increasing water pressure, adding to the air conditioning, and creating more elegant breakfast menus and presentations. However, the most important aspect of a stay at this inn is that the owners sincerely care about their guests and strive to ensure their experience is top notch. The staff is friendly and courteous, the breakfasts are delicious, and the views are unsurpassed. Sitting on the deck watching the stars come out is one of our favorite activities there.

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn. Our room's view of the mountains was spectacular, and the accommodations were superb. The bed was very comfortable and the room size was generous. Breakfast was always delicious and freshly prepared. Soft drinks and coffee are available at all times. And nighttime desserts were a special treat. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the late afternoon. This is a perfect getaway place. I just wished we lived closer!

Room Tip: We thoroughly enjoyed our second floor room that looked out at the mountains through large picture w...

We left Atlanta Friday afternoon and drove towards Helen with hopes and anticipation of a fabulous romantic birthday celebration with friends. You would have no idea this gem is nestled on a mountain peak with incredible views in all directions! The owners and staff were very warm and welcoming. The rooms were awesome and the breakfast was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised with the planned menu, no store bought muffins! Our friends enjoyed spa services and we all hated to leave our new friends.

Room Tip: Stay in upper rooms and don't forget to walk up the spiral staircase to get the maximum view!

We loved everything about Lucille's. It is absolutely beautiful views. Top notch. Loved the fireplace above the bathtub. The breakfast was some of the best I have every eaten. Not to mention the dessert were to die for. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful with places to eat around there. The room was very neat and the bed slept so good. Looked just like the pictures. We will be back.

The Inn is wonderful. My mother and myself spent four days last week, October 1st 2013. We enjoyed the privacy of the location yet so close to Helen Georgia and the other small towns in the area. Lucille's made us feel like friends and not just paying people staying at there inn. The spa services are great. I had a fantastic massage while I was there. We will go back to that little piece of heaven again!
