You guys seriously have a tremendous problem with service and customer service - the team is frustrated (included the team leaders), fussy and seems like you annoy them for any request - in fact you will notice by their replies that they definitely allow themselves to keep their wrong attitude ALL THE TIME when talking to a customer. You should be thankful you have a nice view otherwise that place would be empty!! Btw did you know that it’s thanks to customers that you get paid?? If people are not made for the hotellerie field than they should just change!
