If you are looking for a casual meal with friends and family, it is hard to ignore Iguanas. Some may find it tacky with their oddly painted walls and giant shark jaw welcoming you in, but for me it worked.

Our server was extremely nice (that southern hospitality) and helped us all decide what to order. There were 6 of us and we all ordered different items and we all loved them.

The good food combined with a full bar, I could easily have stayed there all day.

Topping it off with free self-service soft serve ice cream, and we have a winner!

Just a great casual restaurant with outstanding servers who have great customer service, Neal was a delight. The breading that is used on the shrimp & oysters is outstanding, light and not greasy you can taste the seasfood. My husband can take it or leave it as far as shrimp goes but loved it there and said he'd have it again not a problem. Cole slaw & mac-n-cheese yum, keep it going, we'll surely be back.

We decided on an early Sunday lunch and were seated outside, which was great. Our server was Erika, and she was the best. Great personality and good service. Crab cake sandwich was superb. My wife had the shrimp special, which she said was delicious. The complimentary ice cream for dessert is a nice touch. Inside, the restaurant is surprisingly spacious and attractive. The restroom was spotless (early in the day). We would recommend Iguana's.

You MUST order the fried shrimp. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and plan on going back. The Mac and cheese side was also excellent.
