I have been visiting Christ Church since the 1970's. I am always drawn back to it when I visit the island. It seems to be an enchanting place that never changes. The church building is a fine example of true craftsmanship and the grounds are lovely. A must see. Oh, and their cookbook is excellent.

We went to Christ Church in the evening and walked around. It is a beautiful and peaceful place. The graveyard dates from the 1700's till now. There is also a memory walk across the street that is beautiful.

This place is just gorgeous! Take a moment to look around and you will see the history of the island. Just a imagine walking these grounds and being in this church back then...

Beautiful church in a wonderful setting. If you have read Eugenia Price's Trilogy about St Simons many of the people are buried in the cemetery beside the church.

Beautiful small church! Lots of history! Knowledgeable lady when you walk in. The large cemetery is interesting as well. Some very old headstones
