This was our first visit to this fairly new place in St. Simons. It had a rocky start when the waitress came out with a shrimp appetizer that every customer was getting for free. She explained that there was a lot of it left from the weekend's shrimp & grits festival on Jekyll Island. Well, we could see why there was a lot left. The shrimp were a little bit "chewy", and it had a lot of cilantro in it. Just not my taste. But then she brought our fried shrimp, and it was DELICIOUS. Very crispy and a little bit on the salty side. We've only had the one dish there, but it was very good food. The menu was a little bit limited, I thought.
