Description: On any given day, when you stroll into Palm Coast Coffee, Café and Pub at 318 Mallery St. on St. Simons Island, you’ll find a nice array of locals enjoying one of their favorite Village hangouts and island visitors who are thrilled to have found such a quaint, little hot spot. You’ll quickly discover that Palm Coast isn’t just about coffee.Like you’d expect from any good coffee shop, Palm Coast serves some of the freshest coffee, lattes, and espresso on the island, as well as a variety of homemade pastries and the island’s best homemade muffins. However, what people might not realize is that Palm Coast also has a great selection of craft beers that change weekly, and a well-stocked full bar for wine and a wide variety of cocktails. Always be sure to check the special board for new and seasonal concoctions—both in coffee creations and bar beverages! Looking for a relaxing spot for breakfast- Palm Coast has it with great creations as well as eggs your way- all outside on the patio. If it’s something a little more substantial you crave, the lunch and dinner menu includes fresh homemade soups and a variety of other fresh, creative selections that you won’t find elsewhere on the island. The seared ahi is a well-known menu favorite. There are also a number of tasty vegetarian options available. Seating is abundant and pet-friendly on the sunny outdoor patio and or in the shade of the courtyard. The other thing you’ll find in the courtyard is a terrific covered stage for the musicians who play here each weekend. Palm Coast books both local and regional acts and is one of the best outdoor venues for live music in the Golden Isles. Open mic nights are popular year round, and, boy, does this place drawn a crowd on summer evenings! Day or night, this is a place where locals, visitors, families, and pets gather—all are welcome.Stop in to have a cup of coffee and take advantage of the free WiFi service while you study. Grab a beer and spend a sunny afternoon in a rocking chair on the porch with your pooch. For date night, come early for dinner then stay to listen to some lively tunes in the courtyard. You’ll agree Palm Coast Coffee is a little bit more than your average coffee shop. In fact, you might just fall in love.

“Good find!”
Reviewed October 2, 2012 via mobile

The staff here are very friendly. There is a small bar area, and some tables and couches for coffee and an outdoor patio. The coffee and muffins were great one morning as was the the mega plate (hummus, spanakopita, feta, olives, pita, etc) one night. This place was a great little find.

“Best lunch on island”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

This little place has it all. Cafe desserts lunch pub and the friendliest staff. I had local shrimp salad with potato salad. Hubby likes specials Its a small place but extra seating outside. Sometimes gets very busy during tourist season then service may be slow but not horrible. Really good food and they have music in evenings. Highly recommend!

Thanks for your feedback and for visiting Palm coast!! I think you hit most of the highlights –THANK YOU!! It’s a great place with a great staff- of course I would say that – my wife and I are the owners! And yes- we get busy- it looks small from the outside- but we have and outdoor courtyard and patio—so the amount of serving area is a bit surprising and at times a challenge!! All of our shrimp are GA wild caught fresh shrimp. Our specials change weekly – so thanks for branching out and trying some of the unique specials!

“Relaxing and Quaint! Great healthy food too!”
Reviewed September 30, 2012

This is an excellent place to visit time and time again. I love to sit outside on the back patio in the evening and eat casual Greek food and deli sandwiches, drink a cold beer and listen to great bluegrass music. They do offer great desserts and coffee as well. Inside is nice and and peaceful or sit out front and watch the tourist walk by while enjoying a delicious mocha and muffin for breakfast!

“Excellent food terrible service”
Reviewed September 11, 2012

If you are in a hurry or just want to do other things pass on this restruant.
If you have time the food is excellent.
We waited to be waited on, we waited to get our check.
The restraunt is small and it wasn't even crowded.
One young man was disappearing all the time and the girl was on the phone all the time.
But like I said the food is excellent.
My hat is off to the kitchen.

Thank you for visiting Palm Coast and for your feedback! We are pleased to see that you enjoyed the food and truly sorry that you had an unfavorable service experience. We try hard to make sure that both or food and service are enjoyable. Looks like we dropped the ball on this one! Hopefully, you will visit us again for lunch or dinner on your next visit

“Great lunch spot”
Reviewed September 9, 2012

We've visited St. Simons Island three times in the last year, and each time we've come here for lunch, which is a testament to how good this place is. Reliably good food (including good vegetarian fare), inexpensive and low-key, good service with an accommodating staff, fun place to hang out for a few hours. In a highly trafficked area so it does get busy, but for whatever reason -- probably the multiple outdoor seating areas -- was never a problem getting a table.

Highly recommended!
