“A little gem.”
Reviewed January 30, 2013 via mobile

Palmers did not disappoint. The food was very well prepared and presented. The assistant manager, Charles, who waited on our table, was imformed about the menu and did not appear to be in a rush explaining it, even though the place was packed. We had an excellent Ruben sandwich. The side of red skin potato salad was "different." My husband called it "designer" potato salad because it had a distinctly mustard dill taste. We will definitely return, but not on a Sunday. It is their busiest day and diners are out the door and lined up on the sidewalk.

“Joseph and Dee Dee from FL. say "Greatest food creations ever"”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

I’ve traveled the world 3 times and the U.S. 5 times and have been to every restaurant from A to Z; and in my journey in life I am amazed at the ability to find such a fantastic meal as that of Palmers Village Cafe. You will not meet a more courteous staff and finer people such as Robb and Charles; their service far surpasses excellent and superior. And I cannot tell you how great Chef John Belechak ( J. B. ) truly is, in his unique ability to create the most heavenly taste of gourmet known to mankind. His talent is a true must for the palate. Great work everyone at Palmers!

“Best Breakfast!”
Reviewed January 15, 2013

Palmer's has THE best breakfast, hands down! I love this little cafe and if you want a waitress that will not forget anything, ask for Karen! I ordered the crabmeat benedict and it was 'melt-in-your-mouth' delicious! Our water and coffee stayed filled to the brim the entire time we were there. My friend ordered the blueberry pancakes and couldn't say enough nice things about it. If you are looking for a great place to eat (breakfast or lunch or brunch), then this is the place you will want to go!!

“Excellent Breakfast and Lunch”
Reviewed January 14, 2013 via mobile

The day we arrived we ate lunch here. The place was packed and clearly a local favorite. It was a Sunday so they had Brunch and Lunch menu available. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich and I had the Rueben. Try the potato salad, it is awesome. Both meals were excellent. A few days later we went for breakfast. Lots of choices and everything appears to be homemade. I had a standard breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits. My wife had an omelet with the home fries. Everything was very good. Service both times was very quick and friendly. Great food, good service and reasonable prices. It is a great choice for breakfast and lunch.

“Our go-to SSI breakfast”
Reviewed January 10, 2013 via mobile

There are several options for breakfast on SSI, but this is our favorite. The menu has the stand-bys, but also interesting options you don't see everywhere else. The best part may be the specials, which have never let us down. Palmer's is usually busy, but Palmer's staff is fabulous and attentive, and thus there is rarely a long wait.
