we really enjoyed our tour. The docent was excellent and very knowledgable.

If you like history, antiques and old homes, you will love Barrington House.

There are three homes all within a mile of each other. This was my favorite of the two that we had time to tour.

Thank Lisa W

Barrington Hall is unique among historic homes as it has much of the original furniture. The docent presented family information interwoven with general area history. Tours are on the hour starting at 10 AM and ending at 3 PM.

Beautiful historic site. It gives a lot of insight to the old south. Recommend to anyone who has an interest in history.

We loved the fact the house has original furniture and is beautifully restored but visits on the hour at all three sites mean you have too long between visits which last just under the hour leaving you too little time to get to the next home, so took five hours!

Once again, I enjoyed the grounds more than the interior, but that's just me.
