Service, food, ambiance. All very, very good. Not an expensive night out. We enjoyed 2 different cheese fondues, salads, and a white chocolate dessert. They allow people to bring their own wine but do charge a corkage. Will definitely go back!

We had hoped to end our anniversary evening with cheese and chocolate from the Melting Pot, and when our go to (Kennesaw) refused to accomodate (stated they were "pretty booked" and weren't accepting any reservations at 10 or later), I called Roswell. They were incredibly friendly and found me a table immediately.

When we got there, we were seated promptly. Our waitress was attentive and prompt as well. She asked when we got there if we were celebrating anything, and remembered when it was dessert time (She brought us a small cake with a candle and strawberries!)

The food, as per usual, was wonderful. It's such a fun, unique restaurant, and we enjoy it immensely! We will return!

We regularly visit the Duluth location (So much that we know they have a file on us that they use to ensure a 5 star experience every single time.) However, Duluth was all reserved up and we needed last minute reservations so we ended driving down to Roswell. The food was great and on par with our experience at Duluth. Our server was very amiable and had a great memory as well. I'm not sure why the service was so slow tonight - I'm assuming it may have been any off experience as it did not seem that any of the other patrons were experiencing the slowness. We expect the 4 course meal to take 1 1/2 - 2 hours but we ended up finishing 2 1/2 hours this time with a good bit of wait time in between courses. The manager actually came out and helped clean up our table and serve dessert in between entree and dessert for us which helped with the timing. It was still a good experience, just not the same 5 star experience we have been spoiled with in Duluth.

We have been going to this restaurant for at least the last 10 years. Until recently, our experience has been great. Not so tonight. We were seated in a room that looked like it should have been closed for reconstruction. Wood panels falling off the walls among a few other things that just seemed rather odd. The first thing I notice is the cheese fondue for four looked like it should have been for two. The portions were extremely small. We usually always run out of bread and veggies before the cheese is finished but now we had a whole bowl left over.

So the pot comes for the main course except it never starts to boil. After about 15 minutes a busboy comes by and tries to help. 10 minutes later and nothing. Where in the world did our waitress go? Finally, someone comes over with a portable fondue burner. 5 minutes later, pot boils over and flame goes out. Still no waitress in site. I finally have to get up from the table and walk to the front of the restaurant to get someone to come help. Waitress finally shows up and says how is everything?

Gross disappointment, I wanted to try this place, I am well over that. First the reception, we arrived half an hour early for our reservation, the place was half empty, there was no one waiting, yet they would not seat us one minute early, not one minute. The hostess had that rare combination of terrible attitude and total incompetence and what appears to be a complete inability to smile.
The service is slooow, the portions are miniscule. The melting pot on the table was malfunctioning.
The desert on the other hand is good.
