This hotel was great, nice clean rooms and a pretty decent breakfast. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and a nice USA Today at your door in the morning. It is near the Sandy Springs Marta rail ine Exit 5 off 400 so it is real easy to access downtown Atlanta from there. Save money on gas and get the visitor pass.

I will say it is somewhat hidden on the right side of the road, make sure you stay in the right lane for Dogwood Road or you will miss the hotel. It is in the same lot as the Red Lobster. Park in the back of the hotel to avoid the Red Lobster crowd. I ate dinner at a Cici's which is just down the road on 140 near the center of Roswell. Good budget meal.

It was quiet and peaceful and safe. Plus I got it at $42.00 on Orbitz.

This hotel was chosen for out-of-town guests attending a wedding and I have to say it was very nice for the price! We called the day of arrival to ensure we could check in earlier than the standard check-in time and were granted access with no problem. They also allowed us to check out late the next day, as we had a late flight. Again, no problem!

The hotel is located in a very nice community with tons of restaurants and stores all around. Our room was small, but clean with comfortable full-size beds. We were able to get fresh air from the window, however, the heating unit was very good, too. The TV size was big and gave us a good selection of channels. The shower pressure is GREAT, however, the sink/vanity is separate. Their free breakfast offering was okay, however, we chose to go to IHOP.

Please note the hotel shares a parking lot with Red Lobster, so be mindful on weekends when returning late, as you may have to park a walking distance from the entrance.

Great little hotel and extremely well priced. Booked this hotel for a second time after staying there in May with family. They are relatively friendly and very accomodating for pets with no added on ridiculous charges for "deposits".

The location is near a large mall and restaurants in Alpharetta but is some distance from downtown Atlanta and the airport. It was convenient enough for us and felt safe.

I got this hothel via hotwire. It is 2 and half stars. It was very bad hotel relative to others I got via hotwire in the Alpharetta-Roswell area.

The hotel has a bad smell. The room is small and does not have space for clothing. It is relative expensive and dark. The free breakfast is bad...bad. The hotel is dirty.

This hotel should has 1 star.

Conclusion if you want an hotel using hotwire in Alpharetta Roswell please try 3 stars or 2 stars only. If you choose 2 and half starts you may get this hotel.

The LaQuinta Inn in Roswell, GA is a basic economy-class hotel. It's conveniently located near GA 400, with many restaurants either a short drive or a moderate walking distance. A Red Lobster uses the same parking lot. It is located in what seems to be a largely middle-class Hispanic area. The area seemed safe; I had no qualms about jogging alone in adjacent neighborhoods. This isn't a plush hotel, but it was reasonably clean and reasonably well-maintained. The staff were friendly. The hotel has free Wi-Fi internet access, although you might need to disable your firewall to log on (you can then turn your firewall back on once you are logged in). A continental breakfast provides the basics (make-your-own waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.). The hotel does have a pool, although I never saw anyone using it. This isn't the kind of hotel you would seek out, but it provides a decent place to stay when your day is done.
And compared with other hotels in the area, it was a good value for the money.

My friend and I stayed here because we got the rate of $32/night on priceline.com. The entry appeared dirty. Then we went into our first room. It smelled of cigarette smoke and we had requested a smoke-free room. They moved us to another room. The 2nd room had hair in the tub and on the toilet seat and clearly had not been cleaned. The tub was also cracked, and the room had an odor of mildew. I asked to have some cleaner to clean the toilet, but the clerk couldn't find any cleaner. Then he moved us to the third room. The third room smelled better, but still not great. There were 2 hairs on the bathroom floor and one at the sink, but at least it was better than the other two rooms. We only stayed one night. The locks on the door were merely adequate. Usually with priceline, the $32/rooms are very nice. I'm suprised that others had a good experience here. The three rooms we saw were less the desirable. After one night, I was glad to leave.

The location was good and it was sort of quiet.

We looked at other hotels in the Atlanta area and this one had one of the best prices. It is also in a very nice area. The hotel is in great shape and the help is very nice.
After this stay of 2 nights I just booked a 3 night stay for october when our son gets married in the area. I will recomend it to the wedding quests coming from out of town.
