We camped in the "hike in sites" for tents only with 2 other families. The sites were clean and wooded with a comfort station close by. We hiked from the hike in trail to the falls - about 2 miles each way. The falls were very low but beautiful none the less.

So we have our own canyon in Georgia! Fantastic! Definitely take your camera with you. The views are magnificent. So even if you do not like to hike you can still admire and enjoy the views. Nature at its best - colorful painting stretched in front of our eyes for miles.
Great for hiking, of course. But we even witnessed a wedding. Congratulations to the bride and groom.
Will be back very soon.

the falls were low, but this was an incredibly special place to visit. two LONG stairway hikes to the waterfalls...but the view and serenity are majestic. little cabins and picnic areas along the park make it a wonderful place to spend a day with family which i will definitely do in the future. very clean and well kept. favourite part was an unexpected fishing pond amongst wildflowers where we literally sat and listened to the wind. i could have sat there all day. what a treat. highly recommend.

We visited in October and the waterfalls were not at their peak as water levels were low. But the hike to the falls was great and the trails are well maintained. The park has great facilities and campsites and the views are breathtaking.

Stopped for a nice leg stretch on a trip going to MS. So glad I did. If I lived closer I would visit this park a lot! Lots of trails, scenic views, waterfalls and picnic area. I bet its beautiful in the fall!
