My family and I visited Logans on a Sunday around 7pm, the restaurant was not super busy but was super noisy. After waiting for our food my husband's steak came out under cooked, my steak was overcooked, my children's wings were greasy and cold as well as my daughter sweet potatoe never arrived after telling our waitress she didn't receive it. We asked to speak to a manager who came out and offered little apology. He said it would be corrected and he came back with one steak I guess forgetting all about mine. At that point we had, had enough and told our waitress we didn't want the food. We asked for our check and asked the waitress for the managers name since he had not properly introduced himself and she implied she didn't know. What a poor answer. So we told her to please tell her manager that we needed to talk to him. Needless to say we did talk to Mike who was the manager and he finally offered a meaningful apology and gave us a credit for the food and even sent us a gift card but the experience was awful.
