It was nice to see the different butterflies, however the center is really hot due to maintaining the temperature for the butterflies.

They have a nice butterfly viewing area. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions. We had fun walking on trails lined with unique flowers. The play area by treetop zip lining area was fun to play at with my child. I liked the swings. We saw 2 interesting owls at birds of prey show. One is trained to fly from the back of the viewing area to the front. I liked seeing all their bird and animal specimens in the discovery center. The art in the gallery was a nice way to slow down take a break and look at beauty.

Loved the butterfly room. Parts of the facility were under construction. The chapel was a delight to visit.

This place came highly recommended but not very much to do. The rooms are nice but housekeeping could pay more attention to details. Dust on outlets, long brown hairs still left in the shower, coffee cups looked as it they had been rinsed and replaced, and stains on the outside of the toilet. Cason’s tap was the highlight of the stay on the grounds. Garden view room was nothing more than balcony in the trees view. Most of what we enjoyed was off grounds. It’s out of the way and very relaxing but highly overpriced.
