We stayed here in April and loved the experience, what a big difference in 6 months. The rooms are still the nicest and cleanest of any hotels that we have stayed in but beyond that is down hill, we immediately noticed weeds all through the flower beds, check in has one person for everything, we made our reservations 4 months ago for adjoining rooms, 75% of the place was empty both times so that shouldn't be hard, she had a hard time figuring out adjoining rooms and she finally found one -which turns out they were next to each other with a walk way with the ice machine and stairs separating them! She had to stop check in each time to answer the phone & 4 employees where standing there the entire time waiting for their pay checks. The hotel restaurant was a joke, the last time we loved it and ate all of our meals there-this time when we walked in for dinner we thought it was closed, it was dark & no one around-back in the corner and the bar was lit-one woman was the hostess, waitress, bartender etc. They were out of many items including ham for a club sandwich, never got part of our order- the breakfast buffet which is free had really gone down hill with very few items-we come for Mossy Creek festival twice a year and will now stay in Warner Robbins in...More
