We absolutely LOVE this cozy spot nestled in the heart of the unique environment that is Serenbe. The distance from farm to table is often measured in yards for chef Hilary, as she continues to deliver extraordinary meals from locally sourced ingredients. Whether it's the exceptional chicken pot pie or ribeye steak (usually on the menu) or the creative combination of the freshest ingredients available on a given day, she consistently produces meals that delight.
And the dining room is very much like a favorite relative's home, filled with warm laughter and elegant (but functional) dishes and glassware. If you are fortunate to be served by Sis then you will be welcomed like family. We have enjoyed seeing the familiar faces among the staff since their opening in 2007 - we truly feel at home, and believe you will too!
