High hopes turned into high disappointment. We were hoping for great dawgs, slaw, and onion rings but what we got was far from it. The restaurant has hot dogs on the weekends which made it seem like they would be something special. The foot long dogs were horrible. No taste except for that low quality stench you get from cafeteria food. The chili was probably out of a can which just added to the further non taste of the meal. The bun was stale and the slaw was a goopy mess. They just plopped it all down on the plate which made it necessary for a knife and fork. The scoop of a side item is a joke. The fryer was broken so no fries or onion rings. The sweet tea was not sweet. More like brown water. No straws, goopy ketchup bottles, and slow service with mo one in the restaurant made my $38 bill that much more painful. My daughter got the ceased salad with the $4 extra for chicken. Big mistake. The salad was probably warmer than my son's chiliburger. Croutons were just leftover French bread cut up into pieces. The chicken was a chewy microwaved brick. Dirty, wobbly chairs, and a non caring management makes this an easy choice to stay away from. Don't be fooled by the other reviews. It was empty on a Saturday night. Good reason to just somewhere else.
