Nice country setting. People from all around come here - locals & tourists alike. We were glad we found the place. Nice selection of meats & sides. I liked this restaurant better than Oil Lamp which is up in Perry. Yoder's seemed a bit more reasonable on their pricing. At lunch time their parking lot was not big enough for all that were trying to get in. Lots of work trucks & even one couple in a motorhome.

We love to go to Yoders. It is southern comfort food at its best. It is worth the hour drive to eat there. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The portions are so large I can't finish it all, but I just have to have it!!! I especially recommend the beets and shoo fly pie. You cannot go wrong with anything.

This is a pleasant country cafeteria that serves yummy comfort food. It's not a fancy place and the food isn't fancy either, but it tastes good and is a great value. Portion sizes are quite large. We had shredded roast beef and smothered chicken both of which were very moist. IMHO the food could use a bit more seasoning, but a little ketchup or hot sauce easily fixes that. The two of us had lunch for less than $20. The pies and cakes from the bakery next door are to die for. The Chess Pie I had was super. Warning--if you visit the bakery before having lunch you might just eat cake instead of lunch!

If we are anywhere near Yoder's we have to stop, even though it is in an out of the way location. We received a plate piled high and it was all delicious! Allow yourself some time to shop in the bakery and the gift shop!

While traveling through Georgia on a work related trip, we stopped at Yoder's for lunch. I had the pot roast with vegetables and a piece of Chocolate pie. The food was good and the pie was delicious. This was not spectacular, but a good meal at a resonable price. I will stop here again.
