“WORST PRIME RIB IN 10 YEARS”

We used to go here all the time, Nick was always our server Great food and service.
The last 2 times there Horrible, Jan. 20 2020. The prime rib was very thin and so over cooked, tasted like roast beef that had been warmed in microwave about 5 times. Our server didn't act like she wanted to be at work. My potato was cold in
middle. Just another bad food and service from this place. Also noticed that the lighting on the bar side is still in need of repair, The lights flicker and it is hard on the
eyes!!! Just another place that has gone down hill very fast. We wont be going back anytime soon unless they make some serious changes!!!!

I called for “Call Ahead Seating” on New Year’s Eve at 4:50 pm and was told they were not doing “Call Ahead Seating” tonight (this is the second time I’ve called for “Call Ahead Seating” and was told they were not doing it at that time). I was also told there was no wait for a party of two; when we arrived 15 minutes later, the waiting area was packed, and we were told there was a 20 to 25-minute wait; however, there we a lot of empty tables. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, and my wife ordered the salmon. My wife really likes Longhorn’s salmon; however, my steak was unremarkable, many bites tasted burnt, and the steak was thin. I do a much better steak on my Weber grill. When or if we come back, I will NOT order a steak; I’ll go for the ribs. The service was also slow, and someone kept turning on the air conditioner.

After getting a bad steak from this establishment, I ordered takeout lunch this time. I got seasoned chicken wings and to my surprise, they were good. Not only good but large size but not jumbo. Plenty of dipping sauce was included as well as a loaf of their bread along with whipped butter.

I had heard that their quality had gone down and my steak last time proved it. Now I’m glad to give a positive review on their wings.

Called to let manager, Jennifer, know we would be in with 13 in our party. That was a waste of time. Awful service with server stretched very thin. Food not cooked as ordered.

Paige Copeland is an awesome manager. This manager deserves a huge pat-on-the-back for her outstanding customer focus. Sara is a wonderful employee and these folks are the reason we drive from Snellville to dine at this restaurant. The food is so wonderful and we will continue to visit this Longhorn
