Amici's is good fast food Italian-American food. Good pizza, salads, and hamburgers. It's not your typical Italian restaurant. The Grilled a Chicken Cesar is good. The lunch pizza slice and salad is a fair deal.

Eat a soup and sandwich, muffaletta or flatbread pizza and take in the historic shops. Cute little place with some outdoor seating and limited street parking.

Food was average. Chicken sandwich served on a hot dog bun. Pasta salad was best of the visit. To the owner, when people go out and pay for lunch they shouldn't have to listen to kids running up and down and opening and closing the doors.

The last two times that I have been to Amici, the service was horrible. The first time the server somehow overlooked us for about 12-15 minutes before getting our drink order, than came back about 5 minutes later to get our drink order again! Another ten minutes went by before she got our food order and then another 25 minutes later we had our food. It was almost an hour total. That's just way too long for a pizza joint. Last night was even more maddening. I decided to get my order to go. It took about 20 minutes which was fine, but when I got the food home about five minutes later, the pizza was barely warm and didn't have nearly enough sauce and they forgot the marinara sauce for the calzone. Maybe there was a sauce shortage...I keep trying to like this place, but it has gotten way too hit or miss, especially considering the high prices.

Amici is a good lunch spot. The pizza by the slice is great. The salads are fresh and good. Service great. The hamburger is also recommended.
