We had not heard of Seed, but received recommendation from a foodie friend. It was a special night with special friends. Not the type of night you really want to leave to chance. But we did.
Great experience. Paul, the manager, came by and introduced himself. Our server was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It kills me, i can not remember his name.
Food was also excellent. The beet salad was excellent, very flavorful we go the scallop entree, which was cooked perfect. The the cinnamon donuts entree with caramel dessert topped everything off well. Very nice wine selection.
It was very busy so make a reservation.
