Our family of four stayed here after camping for two days at Talbot Island State Park (FL) and spending the day at Cumberland Island. For us, it was perfect. Granted, we had spent the previous two nights in a tent, the hotel was above our expectations.
The pool and hot tub area were clean and well kept. The room comes with a complete kitchen, large refrigerator and a microwave. And the complimentary breakfast came with scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, waffles from a waffle iron and fresh fruit.
We've paid a lot more, and received a lot less.
The only negatives? Location "behind El Cheapo gas station" needs to have a better marked entrance and it seemed a little understaffed at the front desk/breakfast area. But the employees were friendly, even thought they were busy.More
