This is an older hotel, but it is very clean and roomy and a very affordable price. It has a great location, so you can easily stroll through town without having to drive anywhere. Traffic can get backed up in Helen on a nice day, so it is nice to be able to walk everywhere. The balcony was also a bonus. It was nice to sit outside and watch the river. This is definitely where we will stay on our next trip to Helen!
