Reasonably priced and consistent quality food. The alcohol is expensive but they pour generously. Wine drinkers should try the Cherry Pie pinot noir for a taste that you cannot find everywhere (at least not everywhere on the lake). Main course favorites are double battered double fried fish and chips (an indulgence indeed), NY Strip steak with creamy Parmesan grits, Salmon Salad, and the blue cheese Chicago Burger. The bread pudding dessert is usually a home run. Usually every visitor we have makes a trip to the Silver Moon. There may be a wait but once you are in the food is relatively prompt and they don't rush you to leave. I definitely recommend this restaurant for your next trip to Lake Oconee.
