This is a standard Holiday Inn Express. We arrived around 9 pm without a reservation. the person who checked us in was pleasant, professional and had a sense of nice quirky sense of humor. We were pulling an antique car behind a moving truck and he suggested a good place where it was easy to park and to feel as though everything would be safe. The hotel offers easy access to and from the highway.

An interesting part of our stay was we saw a snake on the side of the building as we walked back from parking. It was interested in our movements, but from a safe distance.

The breakfast is mediocre. If you have the time, I'd skip it and find a real breakfast. It is sufficient if you just need sustenance and to get on the road quickly.

We decided to stay over since our game times were so far apart instead of driving home and getting up early for the next game. The hotel was full of teams and we got one of the last rooms. The hotel is nice , clean , and professional run. The room was large and the bed was very good. You have several choices in hotels in this area but you can't go wrong with this one.
You have several places to eat and the mall is just a few miles away on the bypass.

Happy Travels

Room Tip: We had a King room on the end of the hall and didn't have any problems with noise.

I had a Teacher's Conference in Dublin. Instead of driving to and from (2 hours each way), I decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. I brought my wife and son with me to keep company. (1) Super-friendly staff! On a scale of 1-5, they were a 10! (2) Very generous full-breakfast buffett. Good food! (3) Clean, comfortable room. (4) Right next to I-16 ... convenient. My wife and son frequented to pool and exercise room often. Oh, and another cool perk: they have complimentary movies and a DVD player in the room! Of course, many of the movies were a little older, but hey - that's cheaper than Redbox. Overall, we were very pleased and would certianly stay here again. Thanks!

LEFT the Hampton Inn down the street 3 days early to move to this HIE. MUCH cleaner, nicer, more comfortable, refrigerators in rooms, microwaves, OUTLETS to plug in computer. Very nice staff.

We stayed here for one night and it was a wonderful experience! We had a whirlpool room and it was very relaxing. The front desk was extremely friendly and courteous. The room was quiet and extremely clean! It is literally right behind Ruby Tuesdays, so we walked there for a nice dinner. It was a great trip to say the least.

One note, Google Maps was extremely off in their directions, so if using them be sure to double check it. The staff helped a ton with getting us to the hotel.

Room Tip: We upgraded to a whirlpool room for a very small cost. I highly recommend the upgrade!
