I moved to the Comfort Inn after checking out of the Fairbridge Inn around the corner due to roach infestation. What a difference from the very start. The place was super clean, daily room cleaning and a very friendly and professional staff. I told them the problem I had and why I was checking in. They guaranteed me I would not have the same issues and I did not. Great place. Next time I'm in town, this is where I'll be.

Very pleasant, friendly staff upon check-in. Asked for my approval al of room on first or third floor. I did not have preference. Took room on third floor. Very quiet. Had great night of sleep. My key card was periodically not working but not to point where I needed to replace it.

We arrived here around 3:30 am. The hotel itself was easy to find. The lobby looked nice and clean and the genleman at the front desk was very polite and checked us in very quickly. I had booked online through ChoiceHotels reserved from Wed-Sat. The pictures made the room look nice. Nothing like what we arrived to see.Pictures were misleading. 1st I could not walk without my shoes sticking the floor and squeking. I ended up laying the towels on the floor just so I could walk around to get ready. It was gross. There was hair EVERYwhere from where the previous people stayed and housekeeping did not make sure to clean it up. The closet was falling apart and was missing a knob The pictures made it look like there was some some of entertainment center that neatly held the tv and some of the appliances. Nope, there was a very low to the ground one that only held the tv. the rest of the appliances were stacked on top of eachother-very tacky. Also in the picture advertised online we seen a nice sitting area that looked nice and cosy. not the case in my room was nasty/ugly/cheap table and chairs. It was in the sink, tub, on the floor, and bed. As i was going to wash my face i seen a hair on the wash cloth. The breakfast was not organized. Example if you wanted toast-the butter and jelly was on the other side of the room, if you wanted a bagel the spread was no where near it. THe fruit bowl was skimpy-what was in there was old. The coffee was cold. Needless to say, I went down and spoke with the manager about the condition of my room. Explained I was very unhappy with my room. I wanted out of there. SHe DID not apolgize nor did she offer to move me to a clean room. She checked me out and handed me a receipt fo the night. and moved on to the lady waiting behind me. So, not only did the manager disregard me as a customer she was RUDE!! Do not go here...
