“always great biscuits”
Reviewed May 19, 2013

Love the meatloaf, large portions, always great service. Biscuits and blackberry jelly, yum, and they always serve enough for a "doggy-bag". We always browse the gift shop for any specials. Some of their items become collectible after being discontinued...ie: cookie jars. Buy ahead for next years gift giving.

“Worst trip to Cracker Barrel ever, very disappointed”
Reviewed May 11, 2013

So my wife, 9 month old daugher, and I decide to catch a late Saturday night meal at CB. It wasn't packed out and there was no wait so we thought we'd be in and out in no time. Well, after ordering and waiting 45+ minutes we finally got our food. All cold, no meal was completed on the first, second, or even the third trip by our waiter. On the first trip he said "Sir, I thiink some of your back may be on her plate"...and then tried to shift the bacon from one plate to another by dumping the bacon off and letting it hit the table. No apologies, no bacon replacement, no help on the bill, nothing. Funny how at Cracker Barrels when they know things are going good you always tend to get a quick visit from a manager or the check out cashier asks you how things went....but when it goes bad, they dont ask, because they don't care or probably already know your answer.

Do yourself a favor, if you are on I-20 and want to stop at a Cracker Barrel travel to another exit and eat there. Lithia Springs is always good and I've been down to Breman once or twice and I don't remember it being bad. But avoid this location at all costs.

I would have voted this a 0 if I could.

“Declining quality of food.”
Reviewed March 25, 2013

We eat lunch or dinner at Cracker Barrel every day while traveling. When I've ordered the roast beef dinner lately, it has been more fat than beef, and the normal seasoning has been changed. Very disappointed.

“Food was fine but the waitress needed some instruction.”
Reviewed March 19, 2013

Visited on a Sunday night for an early dinner. They were busy but we were shown to a table right away. After several minutes, the waitress at the next table noticed our order had not been taken. She said we were not her table but to keep us from waiting, she'd take our drink and dinner orders and give them to our waitress. A different server brought the food and we had to ask for steak sauce and extra lemons from several people, one of them being the manager who was making the rounds. Another server finally brought them and ten minutes into the meal, our waitress finally came to the table and asked if everything was OK. She told the man at the next table that she had just gotten off her break. Why seat us at a table where the waitress was on break? Needless to say, the first waitress who took our order got the tip. Food was fine, service was sketchy. Restaurant was the one on Highway 20, right off I-75, in Cartersville, GA.

“Always a good breakfast”
Reviewed March 12, 2013

The location is right off the interstate tucked back a liitle bit. These restaurants are always crowded on weekend mornings and a wait of about 30 minutes. We really enjoy breakfast, We get grandma's pancake breakfast (not on the menue but good value) two eggs, hashbrowns, 3 choices of meats and two pancakes. there are plenty of good items for breakfast or any other meal. They have the best pecan pie I have ever had, but it is seasonal and you will have to wait until the hollidays'
