We visit the cafeteria mostly for the samosas. We've always had a decent experience. Depending on the business of the market, seating can be tricky. During our last visit, there were plenty of tables, but they were all dirty. Even the high chairs were all covered in food. So come prepared with some wipes, just in case. And cash! It's important to know that the cafeteria doesn't accept credit or debit cards.

We love the food there. I do feel like we're eating healthy when we are there. The soup is the best deal there.

The ambiance is terrible, just a cafeteria under fluorescent lights. Cash-only. But the food is great; just plan on taking it to go.

So I never would have thought a farmer's market would have a cafeteria, but the YDFM one is awesome! I wouldnt make a special trip for it as there is always a huge crowd at YDFM, but when we do visit we stop in. Well worth it and it has a very diverse selection of food stuff from around the world!

The food is very good and there is a large selection. Since the food it priced by weight per pound it get very expensive.

Always an interesting variety of entrees and veggies. A family of four can eat for $20. Is this a great country or what?
