Came here with family after recommendations by one of our extended family that worked last year as a chef at the Atlanta Four Seasons, and who also had recommended excellent Iberian Pig restaurant nearby. Wednesday evening was about a 35-minute wait, and we had their French fries appetizer while waiting - excellent. The horseradish and curry dips were out of this world, and the fries were cut thin with a bit of sea salt (?) added.
When we sat down in the dining room our entrees ranged from trout almandine over potatoes and greens, to burger and fries, to brisket, and scallops. All were very good to excellent, though the trout would have been more in line with our tastes if a touch less salty. Portions were generous.
Service was prompt and friendly.
It was an enjoyable place for a relaxed, informal, dinner, if fairly noisy with all the fellow diners enjoying their dishes as well.
Decor has a little pleasant holdover from the building's days as a local service station, before it became an antiques shop, and then its current incarnation.
Pleasantly smoke free. Will probably try coming here on a Monday evening and see if have a shorter wait, or plan to sign up for a table and come back after a bit.
