Usually delicious filets at this restaurant were very disappointing tonight...but we discussed with the manager and he made it right. Good service. Skimpy on the appetizer. Frustrating to wait on food and then have it overcooked.

We have been to this Longhorns on several occasions in the past, it was not a great experience, today we thought we would try lunch, got there around 1:30 pm, were seated right away, our server came by and she had an attitude, why I do not know, maybe she was having a bad day and took it out on us, we ordered the new fried green tomatoes, and i got the Hawaiian Ribeye and wife got a filet with mushrooms, the fried green tomatoes came out hard and over fried and burned, sent them back, decided on a shrimp appetizer, it was better, my ribeye was very good but the grilled asparagus was not eatable, terrible burnt taste, all in all a poor lunch and poor meal. We saw our server twice and she finally came over to give us our bill and charged us for the fried green tomatoes that we sent back, more attitude....we paid and left.
Outback here we come, this Longhorn's was once a very good place to eat but over time it has and is going down hill.....

Never eaten at Long Horn before and we both were both a little apprehensive about it and whether or not it would be a good place to go on one of our stops during our anniversary.

Well we are so happy we stopped here. Food was awesome and plenty of it. But most of all, the manager (didn't get the name) went the extra mile to make us feel welcome & the waitress (Brittany) even left us a "Happy Anniversary" note in the to go box. This is what you call above and beyond.

A memorable eating experience. My congrats to the management and staff for a job well done. We will be back.

We used call ahead seating, and were seated within 10 minutes of arriving. The hostess literally speed walked to the table, left us in the dust, all we could do was laugh it was so comical. Our waitress took over 10 minutes to even appear at the table. Once we ordered the food came out in pretty decent time frames. However the appetizer was bland, reheated cheese fries with cold cheese and chili was just nasty. The salads were the highlight of the entire meal as well as our never refilled soda. The manager was very nice, noticed our displeasure and tried to make up for it by telling one of the busers to bring out some extra dressing for the bland chili fries, he promptly ignored his manager leaving us with our bland fries. My husbands full rack of ribs and my steak were both good surprisingly at this point. As others have pointed out this is not the standard representation of Longhorns, just this particular one. Next time we will try the Japanese steak house a little down the road.

We were actually amazed how good our food was from this longhorn restaurant. We were passing through on our way to FL and didn't have as good of a meal at some more expensive restaurants in Naples, FL. My daughter had steamed mussels and they were exceptionally good as well as inexpensive - less than $9. My husband and I had steaks that were cooked perfectly and very tasty.
