“Foodie's choice for the north GA area”
Reviewed January 6, 2014

After my last visit several years ago, I was anxious to experience this restaurant again. Six friends gathered and everyone was delighted with their meal; the eggplant entree was especially good. The service was attentive, the atmosphere nice, and we appreciated the opportunity to converse with the owner who stopped by our table while dining. We are lucky to have this restaurant in north Georgia; it is a "cut above" others in the area.

“Muffuletta Sandwich is Terrible”
Reviewed December 30, 2013 via mobile

The whole experience at the Corkscrew Cafe was not an enjoyable one. When we walked in to this restaurant, no one was there to greet us and show us our table. Our waitress was not good. She would disappear and was really difficult to find when we needed a refill on our drink. My muffuletta sandwich was terrible! The bread was hard as a stone. The ham and salami on the sandwich was crisp and burnt. The chips and pasta salad that was served was way to small on the portion. Two thumbs down on the Corkscrew Cafe! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Perfect filet mignons, great starters, and awesome deserts lead to a great evening. Only serve beer and wine and wine list varies. Join their email list to stay informed of special events and wine tastings.

This is the BEST restaurant in the North GA Mountains, bar none! The Menu is very interesting, nice and as good as any top-shelf restaurant in any large City. The service is also OutStanding! James & Lynda Gordon of Marietta, GA
