We were with the McCulloch-Bryant wedding party ... We enjoyed our stay both Friday & Saturday night! Thank you for allowing us to keep the party alive after the wedding in the bar/pool area. We hope nobody got out of control (we didn't see anything) or the noise was too loud!

Scratchiest towels ever. Of course this makes them less appealing to steal.

Breakfast very limited and unappealing.

Great friendly, helpful staff, especially at front desk..

Dear Value Guest,

I apologize for the inconvenience and your experience with our terry. We did lierally just purchase new Wyndham branded terry from the company's preferred vendor and did it with the best intentions and value. I will have this matter immediately checked as we have never had a bad experience about the quality of these products. We are also reviewing all items on our existing breakfast menu which are: continental breakfast, hot grits, coffees, eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, waffles along with assorted breakfast breads, juices, cereals, milks and fresh fruit and condiments. Most guests believe that this is a quite an offering but we are re-reviewing to make sure we are always stocked with these selections. I do know that sometimes guest are coming down as we are closing, in which case some items may be limited but only due to closing.

Please accept my sincere apology as we will do better next time.

The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the horse show grounds. The management of this hotel is literally non-existent. There was only ONE person working in the restaurant. He was the bartender, the waiter AND the cook. They had virtually nothing offered on the menu and did not even have basic wines like Chardonnay. Two days our room was never cleaned, and one night we had no towels and they brought us four bath mats! I never went by the front desk that there was not some disgruntled customer. We travelled with a group and one of them had a reservation and a confirmation number but the hotel was oversold. Every one in our party had problems with housekeeping. The facility is very tired and is in desperate need of a renovation. Our room smelled so bad we had to go to Walmart for a Glade plug-in.

Dear Valued Guest,

I am deeply sorry for the inconveniences you incurred while staying with us. Having personally stocked the restaurant and housekeeping with all items needed for a full busy weekend, no guest should have experienced a "lack thereof" of items from these departments. We did in fact run upon a sold out situation althought not planned - due to in-house families that have been with us for months (displaced from their homes due to fire, and flood emergencies), extending their stay right before our major check in's. Most of our guest understood the situation and most of all the situation of our displaced guest.

Once again, sorry for the inconvience and please call me so that I can make this up to you in the near future.
