My family and I visited Will's House located at 5739 Whitesville Road on 09/18/09. The owner is Cheryl Wills. We waited forever to get our food and when it arrived, it was burnt. We notified our nice little waitress who told the manager. The manager completely ignored us while staying in full view on her laptop in the dining area. We could not believe how we were treated, as customers. The burnt food were 2 very expensive steak cuts. We felt as if we did not matter. We paid our $46.00 bill and vowed to never return again. The only good thing about the place was the waitress' attempt to do something. We left her a good tip. It was obvious to us that the management cared nothing about our problem. Customer service comes from the top. This place is not going to stay open long. If we were treated this way, so were others.
