Description: The Loft is a 2 level restaurant with a live music venue upstairs. Amazing food, friendly service, and delicious drinks mixed with an atmosphere you won't find anywhere else at the hub of Uptown Columbus! The Loft is a Columbus Uptown favorite, a family run business rooted in local history since 1992, combining food, fun, and music in a scrumptious and unique way. It has always been our family's goal to share with our patron's quality and value in a casual atmosphere. In short, if you love extraordinary food, the best in live entertainment plus a warm and welcoming service staff, come spend the evening with us!

$73 later we walked away feeling confused. We ordered the shrimp bruschetta. You get 4 shrimp for $9, it was small and sub par at best. We ordered two glasses of house wine, two Sam Adams. No issues there and fair priced.

For entrees I got the 16oz Ribeye. Although the seasoning was good, it was a cheap cut of meat, tons of fat and the meat itself was tough and extremely chewy. $22....fail.

The other entree was some breakfast dish, eggs, cheese and biscuit slider of some sort, $9 later it is two miniature biscuits with eggs and cheese inside.... Barely a meal or creative, or delicious for $9 another fail.

Overall, I would not recommend it to anyone wanting a good meal. It just doesn't cut it.

Located in the downtown area. I choose this as my place to dine my only night in town and it did not disappoint . The place was full of people and food was great.

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Loft! The waitress was great and really knew the menu which is helpful when you are in a new place. She had good suggestions on a delicious chicken dish and the rib eye steak, which was outstanding. The local Georgia beer on draft was also excellent. The food came out quickly but not rushed. Can't wait to go back. Downtown Columbus is very nice.

Went for dinner. The staff here is excellent. Service is great. We were looking for a place that would be open Saturday for lunch after my daughters wedding. They said they would not be open but til us who would be and generally made us feel welcome. Nice place and staff. Would go back just for that.

We went on a Saturday evening since it was an easy walk from our hotel. It was fairly busy and had a good buzz. We had cocktails which were very good then we both had steaks - my wife a filet mignon and I had the ribeye. Both steaks were perfectly cooked to our specification and were delicious. The sides were also very tasty. The menu had a good selection and the service was very friendly, helpful and efficient. A very good choice in downtown Columbus.
