“Much Improved Since Last Visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 24, 2014

I travel to Atlanta a few times a year and stay at the Sheraton across the street on the way out. This location is convenient to that hotel and a better option than the overpriced food and poor service offered by 1900. I've chosen this Ruby Tuesday's about 10 times over the past few years and have never been particularly impressed. More often than not I was disappointed in the food quality or frustrated by the extremely long wait for service.

This trip was an exception and I am happy to report that both the food and the service improved greatly over my last few experiences. The food was good, but the service was high caliber, prompt without being overbearing and anticipatory without being a nuisance. In a nutshell, just right.

Hopefully the improvements will continue until my next visit in a few weeks.

“Poor service / poor food”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 18, 2014

I waited for 45 minutes to get my meal.
The lobster was over cooked and the steak was cold.
The manager on duty was no help when I asked for another steak.
I decided to not eat here paid for the meal and went to Longhorns.
I will never eat here again.

“Nice lunch, a little expensive for what it is”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 17, 2014

Dined here for the first time with five others on working lunch. Chose this restaurant as my colleagues said it's always easy to get in a lunch and get out quickly. Chose the fish tacos and wasn't disappointed by the food, but was disappointed by the price-$10 for two fish tacos seems a bit much. Also offer smaller portioned pasta dishes for lunch, but when you see the portion sizes you're really left wishing you'd have ordered the full-size portion. Service was fine. I'd choose another restaurant if getting in/out within a specific time weren't an option, but I won't complain as it was a business expense.

“Avoid this Restaurant”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 15, 2014

I stay at 2 hotels, nearby the Ruby Tuesdays on Sullivan Rd in College Park. The service at this RT gets Poorer and POORER. Last visit...
1. Arrived about 130pm...Had to wait(again) for Hostess to return to her station(I see
her proceeding out of the kitchen, chatting with a Server.). The Hostess and
Servers seem to "Retreat" to the kitchen to hide or goof-off...they are usually
laughing and giggling when they proceed out the kitchen door !
2.It took OVER an HOUR for Lunch...Server, after about 5 minutes(she did
acknowledge me earlier) arrives to take my meal request. It takes about 20 +
minutes for the entrée to arrive--a simple fish dish...nothing complex. It would
have been nice to have sampled some of their biscuits in the meantime...the
biscuits arrive AFTER the entrée. Getting the Server's attention to pay the
check was ANOTHER ordeal ! ! Over 70 minutes from the time I arrived
to departure.
Colleagues have regretfully experienced POOR and Unorganized service from
this location...as we recently "compared notes" when sometime mentioned we
have to AVOID this restaurant in the Future. With this last visit...it also,
appreared they were short a Server or two...in all fairness to the Server. This is
a Restaurant Management problem...
By comparison...the service and Organization, at the 1900 Bar & Grill is
SUPERIOR to Ruby Tuesday. Also, they have a daily Lunch and Dinner
"Special" which is a good value & tasty. One night...the special was:
"Lobster Ravioli with Vodka sauce" for $16.95 ! ! The wines from the Bar
are Premium and their "Social Hour" is AMAZING...
Just trying to suggest an " alternate" to Ruby Tuesday's for those staying
at nearby hotels...

“Just Okay”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2014

The service was not very good. Steaks were way overcooked. They asked us to cut into them to see if they were ok but they walked away before we even did it. Hmm?
