The restaurant is in the village of Les Bordes, a few kilometers from Sully. The dining room is bright, calm and tastefully decorated. There is a small terrasse too. The cooking is to a very high standard and represents excellent value. As a starter we chose quenelle de brochet which was served with a creamy Vouvray sauce. Our main courses were a firm white river fish (sandre) served on a bed of caramelised chicory and accompanied by girolles. We finished with the cheese board, a nougat glacé for one and a hot Grand Marnier souflet for the other. We would not hesitate to visit this restaurant again.
