We had reservations for our bike group so they knew there was a party of 15 coming in at noon last Saturday. But the service we received you would have thought we just showed up.
We had couples in the group but we sat a table of men and a table of women. I knew we were going down hill when our server started with the men first. She copped an attitude when she tried to serve a glass of merlot and we said no one ordered that. We said it was Mascoto not Merlot and she said with attitude no you ordered Merlot. Really...where is the customer service. Not at Mama G's.
Then we start getting our food. I ordered a Reuben and requested an extra side of dressing never came and with the attitude wasn't asking a second time since I asked for lemon in my water and never got that either. That sandwich was nothing to write home about.
The kicker was the person who set this outing up waited and waited for his food and after multiple complaints of where is his meal and the group was COMPLETELY done eating his meal arrived...what you may ask did he order...A Bowl of Spaghetti. Did they fly their pasta in from Italy. You might think that when it takes an hour to get food.
Now I said we were a group and
couples at that, so how do you think the billing went. Absolutely awful. Erin approached the group asking how do you want the bills together or separate. We tried to explain who was with who which we tried at the beginning but she didn't want our assistance. So off to the register the group of 15 to pay our bills with the gratuity added which would have been fine if we had received any real service. But it seemed like she knew she was getting paid no matter what so didn't matter how the service was.
I still can't believe that at no time to the very end did a manager ever come out to check on the group especially with the missing bowl of spaghetti.
Mama would not be happy with the way her staff took care of her guest.
