“VACATION DINNER ”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 3, 2014 via mobile

We ate here on an open mike night. Ate inside because it was a hot day and enjoyed the atmosphere service and excellent food. Best place we ate at all week. Salads chicken Alfredo and cracklins fried chicken was all very good. Excellent wings and we finished with the outstanding gelato.

“Delicious and Charming”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 28, 2014

Finally made it here after many times saying we should check it out. Pizza for both of us and good variety of toppings. Very good. Small glass of wine is $5.00 but that is within normal range of other restaurants. Sat on patio and it was just great. Environment was delightful. Perfect date with husband and on to show after a very good pizza dinner. Will be back. Want to try the chicken and salmon plates we saw go by. Looked like good choices.

“uneven, but”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 10, 2014

This restaurant provides the possibility of a good meal. The food quality is uneven; hence, care in choosing (and sometimes simple good luck) makes for satisfaction or the lack thereof. Pizza preparation is notably uneven, often resulting in doughy, undercooked crust. Sandwiches are, for the most, commendable. The homemade bread especially recommends any number of this part of the menu. Likewise, the housemade chips provide a fine complement, as do a number of the salads. The cracklin chicken with honey drizzle is exceptional among the evening selections.

Despite the establishment's origins as a maker of brick oven pizzas, the drink choices tend--while there is a full bar and both wine and beer--particularly impoverished in some areas, with the choices and quality of the wine being particularly nettlesome. Likewise, it is not unusual for some items, such as a beer normally served at the restaurant, to be unavailable.

Service is likewise uneven. With an exception or two, these folks are cordial and positive. Today's person, for instance, a new worker, was particular pleasant and quite skilled and attentive.

“Great Cuban Sandwich is N. Georgia”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 9, 2014

I spent 30 years in Tampa and am very picky about what makes a good Cuban Sandwich. The Copper Pot's was not totally traditional with grilled onions but the roast pork carried the taste for a delicious sandwich. Lunch was 1/2 a sandwich which was plenty with a small salad. It was delicious. Service was good and my waiter actually helped me save money by telling me a salad could be the side for my sandwich.
I would recommend eating inside. It was beautiful weather so we opted for the patio. However, between trucks and motorcycles on the street 10 feet away, it was difficult to carry on a conversation.
