This restaurant is pricey for what you get - service needs work - waitstaff don't seem interested in what they are doing. Mgr. on top of all. Ordered dish containing steak and served well done even though ordered med - waiter aware but was not a problem that was wrong. Others in party got spaghetti and fish dises and even though pricey - were good. Soup wonderful and salad always fresh.
Breadsticks okay.

Had lunch here with family. Partner and I had the soup and salad. Great, except for the breadsticks. What happened? It's been years since I've tasted a great breadstick at the OG. I do not even bother anymore. (Fazoli's on the otherhand if available where you live are GREAT.) So, I wonder what did the OG folks decide to do with their tasty breadsticks? Whatever it is, they instituted the change several years ago and what a diasterous choice it was!

For some reason the front reception personnel had an enormous problem finding us a table for six. We waited several minutes, and it was not an issue that they were too busy. (We needed an extra chair, as one of the party had to rest calf on chair seat due to blood clot issues!)

Other two persons at table ordered entrees. One pasta and chicken and the other the sirloin chunks over noodles. Both were tasty.

Laura was the waitperson. She was most gracious and efficient.

One final complaint, just remembered...stop serving frozen tiramisu. In a frozen state it is not perfect, and the Olive Garden dessert is with an Italian place in KC MO, holder of the best tiramisu eaten between the coasts. Just do not serve it frozen! (Rating the food as poor due to the breadsticks and frozen dessert!)

Service was a little slow. I ordered the Soup and Salad and the first bowl of soup looked like something you'd find in a nursing home. Sent it back and go a decent one. I was there after the dinner rush, so I think the guys in the back were already done for the night.

White bread, iceberg lettuce, white pasta. You have to look real hard to find something that is not bad for you. The server was very nice. Price was a little high.
