First & Foremost, I walk in the door, provide my information and BAM, they give me $30 off the quoted room rate (because I was in town for the local school's graduation and they were offering a discount) - but that was NICE!
The desk attendant was very friendly and helpful - helped me replace the toothpaste the TSA securit-istas took from me.
The room was OK. The bathroom was way too small, the toilet easily clogged, the sink was too far in from the edge of the counter, if that makes sense.
The room itself was nice - bigger than I expected. I had the "study" version of the single king bed room & I HIGHLY recommend it since it's the same rate as the standard king (I think). The room was nice: free HSI, comfortable - the bed was really nice & if you're like me, that's REALLY important.
All in all a good stay; the breakfast buffet was good for it's price (free). Friends of mine stayed at the Jamison Inn the same weekend & after looking @ what they got for $5 less per night, I was VERY GLAD I stayed at the Hampton Inn.More
