Lots of these "Japanese" restaurants in my area serve rolls that are predominantly creamy, (filled with mayonnaise, etc.) trying to mask the fact that their fish isn't as fresh as could be. I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case with this restaurant. Food was pricey as expected, but the rolls were delicious. I'll be frequenting this place for a while.
