Went for the hiking trails and wasn't disappointed. The exterior of the building, including the living roo, was a fantastic sight. Didn't pay a thing, so it was a great value to me. I can't say for the value if I had to pay.

My little girl absolutely loved the Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage hands-on exhibits in the Discover H20 room. The fee for non-Gwinnett County residents is $10 admission for adults and $6 admission for a child.
The center has a wonderful exhibit about the history of water in North Georgia. This was not interesting to my 7 year old; however, she stayed in the Discover H20 room for over an hour playing with the exhibits, learning about rivers, potential and kinetic energy of water, the water cleaning process, and the different states of water. She really enjoyed this exhibit. The rest of the museum was not very interesting to her.
She also loved carrying the borrowed backpack that the center will loan you to carry on their hiking trails. The trails are through the woods around the center, and it truly makes you feel as if you are not in the middle of a big city. It felt like I was hiking in the Georgia mountains. There are picnic tables at the beginning of the hiking trails, so we ate our lunch from Sonny's BBQ there before getting started.
The center has plans to create a large playground that will be ready for the spring of 2009.
I did not think that is was worth $16, but it was fun. We did not watch in the video in the large media room.
