Stopped by Logan's the other day and ordered a salad topped with steak to go... I'm a patient guy so I waited... ten minutes, twenty minutes, thirty minutes. After 35 minutes I ask the hostess if she can check on my salad for me, after all, how long can a salad really take to "cook," right? She walks back to the kitchen and comes out telling me she doesn't see any record of my having ordered a salad. Manager Big Mike (if I remember correctly) comes out and is very accommodating, offering me a free drink of my choice as I wait for a free meal of my choice in a very fair attempt to deal with their mess-up. Shame on Logan's for making such a simple error on a Sunday night during a very non-busy time but kudos to Big Mike for doing his best to make it right.
